I brought this printer over a year ago and unfortunately; I had no problems with it until replacing the toner cartridge on yesterday. Someone please helps me in this matter. I've called Technical Support, Renewal Contract, troubleshooting problem didn't resolve the problem and I can afford paying over around $400 for Renewal Contract. Help assistance is needed.

Awful setup - this printer only functions partially. The scanning feature is more trouble than it is worth. Would not recommend or purchase again. I have already stopped using it.
I purchased this mfp as a replacement for an HP that the ibk cartridge broke. I little this Xerox as it does a great print job with fast quality copied. I highly recommend this one for the price
I bought this a month ago and set it up. Unfortunately, the CD to load it on the computer was not for this printer. It is very noisy, I have never heard a printer make so many different noises when printing. Hmmmm. A little confusing with directions on settings.

I was hoping this had faxing capabilities but the options that are supposed to be on the screen are not there. And I don't have a faxing service with ethernet connection. Otherwise it seems to work well and was very easy to set up with my Linux OS.
