Xerox Owner Appreciation Rebate

Save 10% on your next Xerox printer or multifunction printer.

How does it work?

  1. Purchase an eligible Xerox printer or multifunction printer* through an authorized Xerox dealer or from Shop Xerox.

  2. Submit your claim online using the code THANKS2024US within 30 days of purchase. You will need to upload the startup page OR a photo of your originally purchased device, including the serial number, and the startup page and invoice or lease agreement for your new Xerox device.

  3. Xerox will send you your rebate check.

Note:  1) Your organization must be able to accept a mail-in rebate check.
