AVOID THIS PRINTER
We bought a C7000 to replace our Xerox Phaser, which worked great and we never had a problem with (Xerox discontinued the Phaser's cartridges). The new C7000 does not print color correctly, and Xerox can't figure it out after two separate teams' visits and 6+ hours of onsite at our office. We've been waiting now for 4+ months for a resolution, a refund, anything. Xerox CS is at best terrible, their people are nice enough but the company itself is non-responsive. Xerox, at one point made great products and were the best in the business, that's no longer the case. I find solace in reading other reviewer's reports of similarly poor CS experiences. Avoid this printer and do not trust Xerox.
