Still waing for replacement printer

Purchased this printer in early June 2024. It worked great for the first 130 pages. Big ugly streaks across the pages printed after that. Followed the instructions and still no better. Contacted customer service three times. They are supposed to ship a new printer. They were to keep me updated by email. To date that hasn't happened. I have purchased Xerox printers for home and business several times over the past 15 years. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Very frustrating!

XEROX should be thrown in JAIL!

Just tried to buy a replacement cartridge for my B230 Printer and I was totally shocked to find that the average price for a replacement cartridge is 200.00 dollars. The criminal part is due to the chip that you put in each cartridge so that the consumer can't buy other cheaper cartridges. It was actually cheaper for me to go out and buy a brand new printer from another maker, rather than replace a 10.00 dollar cartridge that you are charging 200.00 dollars for. I am NEVER NEVER NEVER buying another Xerox Product. PERIOD!

Solid Option

So far so good. Easy set up, affordable, quality printer. Only drawback is it prints a scanner report multiple times per day and I cannot figure out how to stop it

It took me a minute to get used to the settings and we had a few misprints but, once that was figured out it has made my job much easier. It is a breeze to connect to the printer wirelessly since I have to print from my phone often.

Replacement Printer

My old Xerox Phaser 3250 was past its best after printing more than 36,000 pages so I decided to purchase the Xerox B230. It is performing brilliantly, quieter than the 3250 and working wirelessly is a real bonus. Thoroughly recommended.

No issue with printer, but would like to see additional features on the Xerox Print & Scan Experience app. Would be nice to see all the info. that is on the small printer control panel screen.
