Xerox Corporation U.S. Rebate Terms and Conditions
Instant Savings Conditions:
Instant savings are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from the Shop Xerox online store or from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner. Instant savings eligible products and models include Y, S, and M configurations, unless otherwise noted.
Customers who purchase an eligible product from Shop Xerox will receive the applicable instant savings which will be reflected in the final purchase price. Participating Xerox authorized channel partners may provide end-user customers who purchase an eligible product with up to the applicable instant savings amount at the time of sale. No instant savings are available for remanufactured or demonstration products. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer. Xerox Corporation may amend these instant savings terms and conditions from time to time. Instant savings are limited time offers and are available only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Rebate or Back-end Rebate Conditions:
Rebates (also called Back-end rebates) are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model (includes Y, S, and M configurations, unless otherwise noted) during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner or from the Shop Xerox online store. Instant savings eligible products and models include Y, S, and M configurations, unless otherwise noted. In general, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the last day of the quarter when product was purchased, unless otherwise stated. In addition, unless otherwise stated, transactions directly with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental Agreement) are excluded because the pricing for such transactions typically includes the rebate amount.
Xerox Loyalty Rebate Program:
End-user customers who own a Xerox brand desktop size monochrome or color device qualify for the Xerox Customer Rebate. Rebates are up to 10% value of the Estimate Retail Price of the device and are based on the new qualifying Xerox device purchased (see flyer for rebate amounts).
End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at: www.xerox.com/office/claim by entering their end-user customer contact information, offer code (THANKS2024US), purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), and eligible product/model for both the new and previously purchased device. End-user customers must submit the device startup page or a photo of customer's previously purchased device including the serial number, a copy of the purchase invoice or lease agreement showing the serial number for the new device, and a start-up page of the new device. Limit of 20 back-end rebates per end-user, per calendar month, unless otherwise specified in writing. Only one rebate for each qualifying product previously purchased by the customer. Xerox factory remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are not eligible.
Only purchases by U.S. end-user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Xerox channel partners, resellers, agents, dealers, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. End-user customer must purchase or lease eligible products from an independent Xerox authorized channel partner or Shop Xerox; purchases or leases directly from Xerox or from Xerox affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible for this promotion. If claiming for a lease transaction, the lease agreement must be provided and show the serial numbers to qualify. The previously purchased qualifying Xerox device must have been purchased directly from an independent Xerox authorized channel partner or Shop Xerox; purchases or leases directly from Xerox or from Xerox affiliates or subsidiaries do not qualify for this promotion. Rebate checks are payable in U.S. dollars and are mailed directly to end-user customers. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check.
All rebate claims are subject to Xerox final review and approval. Rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase of the new Xerox device. End-user customers should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Xerox become the property of Xerox and will not be returned. Xerox retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. Xerox is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. In order to accept the rebate, a rebate check must be cashed or deposited no later than the date stated on the check. For questions on a rebate submission, go to www.xerox.com/office/claim. End-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted. This offer is valid 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024, or while supplies last. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this offer is not combinable with any other mail-in (i.e. back-end) discounts or special pricing provided by or made available by Xerox. Rebates on leased products are conditional upon complete performance of all lease conditions. Rebates for public sector sales are processed as automatic price reductions through the Xerox channel partner at the time of purchase.
Xerox Corporation may amend the back-end rebate, Trade-In rebate, Xerox Customer Rebate or general rebate conditions from time to time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted.
