MHEC
The Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) conducts policy research and analysis, as well as sponsors programs to reduce costs and increase student access. Through our contracts for printers and multifunction devices, MHEC is able to extend technology cost savings to higher education, K-12 school districts, state and local governments, and non-profit entities in its 12 member states.
