For the Production Press to detect and report misfeeds when multiple sheets are fed from the paper trays, check this option. This option allows the job to continue running, pulling both stocks from the same tray for the same job, and completes the print job without faults or jams.

When this option is not checked, the Production Press ignores any multiple sheets that feed through the paper path. Clear this option only as a temporary measure to allow users to continue their printing until a service representative resolves the problem. Leave this option on unless the sensor reports misfeeds that do not actually occur.
