When a jam occurs in the Production Press, the system displays a purge-in-process message. Any unused sheets upstream from where the jam occurred automatically are purged from the paper path to the closest output tray. However, there can be sheets that remain in the area of the Production Press preceding the jam that are not purged automatically. Make sure to clear those areas manually.
