Powering Off the Production Press System
At the end of the day, it is recommended that you power off the entire Production Press system. There are two ways to shut down completely:
• Use the power on/off button on the print engine
• Use the System menu at the Control Center
1. Power off the Production Press using one of the following methods:
◦ To power off the Production Press using the Power button, at the print engine, press the white Power button to the Off position.
The press, all modules connected to the press, and the Control Center power off. After a set amount of time, the press automatically goes into power saver mode.
Note:Allow the Production Press to remain off for a minimum of 10 seconds before switching the press back on.
◦ To power off the Production Press at the Control Center, from the System menu, select Shut down System PC.

2. Power off the Fiery print server PC and monitor. If the touch screen device is installed, power off at the touch screen.
Note:After powering off the Production Press, always restart the Control Center PC.
