General Troubleshooting
The information in this section helps you resolve some basic problems you may encounter with the press. If the problem persists after following the instructions, contact your Xerox Representative or the Customer Support Center.

Note:If your print server indicates that the press has a fault and the press touch screen does not readily display a message, refer to the Print Reports > Job Status > Error History Report.
