Bi-directional Status

Xerox print drivers integrate powerful bi-directional tools that offer real-time status and automatically detect and install new device options such as paper trays and finishers. The VersaLink C7100 Series includes print drivers that feature clear, graphical user interfaces, which provide easy, intuitive interaction with the multifunction printer. 

These drivers provide immediate desktop access to all VersaLink C7100 Series output functions and also provide bi-directional information, indicating device and job status, currently loaded paper sizes and types, and installed options — so there is no need to consult other software to obtain such information. 

Application Defaults

Users can save print feature defaults and automatically apply those settings each time they print from that application to help reduce waste and user frustration. For example, print all presentations in color and emails in black and white.
